Set your phone alarm to go off how ever many times throughout the day (every two to three hours is fine). Each time it sounds, hit the deck and do your pushups. Its ok to break up the number of pushups throughout the day. Pace yourself however you’d like, but it’s best not to rush! If you have to go to your knee's, or even start there, that is OK.
You will get stronger and stronger by following this challenge.
You can Invite to this challenge if you know anyone that would like to join in. Share this group to help it grow! The more people, the more fun it will be!

3. Add your own photos to each day by going to Google.com then type in the type of pushup and click image and save the photo you want to post.

4. Make sure you drop and do as many push-ups as you can without stopping before monday and add your name and number of pushups to the files section in this group so you know where your max is now! We will do this again at the end of the 30 days to see how much you have improved!

BEGINNER - 25 PUSH-UPS - ON YOUR KNEES OR REGULAR IS OK
ADVANCED - 50 PUSH-UPS ON YOUR KNEES OR REGULAR IS OK
Please post "FINISHED" only after you have completed all the pushups...If you break the pushups up throughout the day, anyone can do the advanced pushup number! This is only day 1, this number will go up each day. Have a great day everyone and please POST when you are done under this post!
DAY 2
BEGINNER - 30 PUSH-UPS - ON YOUR KNEES OR REGULAR IS OK
ADVANCED - 60 PUSH-UPS ON YOUR KNEES OR REGULAR IS OK
Comment "DONE" Only after you have completed all the pushups for the day!!
Keep it going and do not forget that you can break up all the pushups throughout the day. You do not have to do them all at once! The more you break them up, the less SORE you will end up being especially as the number get bigger and bigger!! Have a great day and get those pushups DONE!
DAY 3
BEGINNER - 35 PUSH-UPS - ON YOUR KNEES OR REGULAR IS OK
ADVANCED - 65 PUSH-UPS ON YOUR KNEES OR REGULAR IS OK
You guys are all doing great and some of you are probably starting to get a little sore. Today make sure you are stretching a bit like I showed you in the video a couple days ago. We are getting closer to making a few changes in the way we do the push-ups. As this number grows make sure you break them up more throughout the day if you are getting really sore! Keep up the great work! Results will be yours if you keep on track! Comment "IM SORE" or "I FEEL GOOD" when you are done with todays Pushups!
Day 4
BEGINNER - 45 PUSH-UPS - ON YOUR KNEES OR REGULAR IS OK
ADVANCED - 75 PUSH-UPS ON YOUR KNEES OR REGULAR IS OK
Make sure you are placing your hands shoulder width. Stretch good and split these up if you are really sore! As this number grows we will start moving the hands more starting tomorrow. This will get more difficult but everyone can get these done! Make today a great day and get this done!! Please Comment
"DONE AND NOT GIVING UP" when you are done!
Day 5 HAPPY FRIDAY
BEGINNER - 50 PUSH-UPS - ON YOUR KNEES OR REGULAR - USE WIDE HANDS
ADVANCED - 80 PUSH-UPS ON YOUR KNEES OR REGULAR - USE WIDE HANDS
Ok, here is where we start changing things up just a little bit...Today put your hands 5-6 inches outside of your shoulders so your hands will be wider than your shoulders. Here is a pic that shows how far to go...You can also do these on your knees. When you get these done POST and tell me if these were harder for you to do so I know you got them done... Make sure you get a good stretch in before dropping and doing these...Make it a great day everyone!!
DAY 6 - Time to FOCUS!
BEGINNER - 55 PUSH-UPS - ON YOUR KNEES OR REGULAR - USE close HANDS
ADVANCED - 85 PUSH-UPS ON YOUR KNEES OR REGULAR - USE close HANDS
Stretch those tri-ceps and chest good first!! Close grip pushups are going to be much tougher but we call all get through them if you split them up throughout the day. Hands are inside your shoulders with elbow's going back not out to the side..You will feel this a ton in your triceps, chest and back. Keep your core (abs) tight for stability and make sure you BREATH, do not hold your breath at all. YOU CAN DO THIS! Even if you can only do 2 or 3 at a time, just split them up throughout the day!! Have a great Saturdays and COMMENT how many sets it took you to get these done and if this was the hardest pushup so far...please be HONEST....
Day 7...
REST DAY...this will not be liked by all BUT it's needed to let your muscles heal! My recommendation is to STRETCH your body for at least 10min or more! It will feel great and for those of you that have not missed a day, this will only make you stronger and more prepared for the week ahead of a ton of push-ups!! If you have missed some days, this gives you a chance to catch up!!! Have a great Sunday and be ready for tomorrow set!
DAY 8
Beginner 60 off set hand push-ups from your knees is ok
Advanced 90 off set hand push-ups regular
Spilt these up half and half meaning if your doing 90, do 45 and then switch your hands! If you have to split them up
More that is fine!
Get a good stretch in these are going to pump you up!
Do NOT speed through these make sure you are going all the way down and up!

DAY 9
Beginner 65 Decline push-ups from your knees is ok (to elevate youself on your knees you can stack pillows and place your knees on them so you can still do these on your knees or stack anything to just get you knees off the ground...Do these in sets!
Advanced 95 Decline push-ups regular...you can use a chair or anything to get your knees off the ground
Time to change it up again...Decline push-ups are going to give you a great pump. Hands should be shoulder width...Spilt these up if you need to as this number of pushups is getting ready to go to 100 and more. Comment how you are feeling after you get these done! Make it a great day everyone!
Day 10
Beginner 70 Incline pushups can be done on your knees also...The further back you put your legs the harder it will be...You can break these up and make sure you are going all the way down and up.
Advanced ...100... Incline pushups can be done on your knees also...Challenge yourself...The further back you put your legs the harder it will be...You can break these up and make sure you are going all the way down and up.

Beginner 75 - Diamond Push-ups these are OK to do on your knees or you can do them regular...
Advanced 105 - Diamond Push-ups these are OK to do on your knees or you can do them regular...
You will want to break these up throughout your day to make them easier. These are going to give you a pump everywhere...Make sure you always keep your core tight and eyes on the floor so do not look up and do not tuck your chin in your chest...Look straight down to keep your spine in aline!! These are tough so do your best and forget the rest!! Please COMMENT how HARD OR EASY THESE WERE FOR YOU when you are done!! Get a good stretch in before attempting these...Expect to be a little sore after doing these...But its a good sore! Make sure you fuel your body with good healthy food throughout your day and make it a great one!!
Day 12
Keep going everyone, you are really doing great!
Beginner 85 Low arm Push-ups
Advanced 115 Low arm Push-ups
Just like the picture shows place your hands low down by your chest below your shoulders...then make sure you have your elbows against your sides! Break these up throughout your day as these will make your arms burn pretty good! Remember, ANYONE can do these if you break them up and want results bad enough!! Comment "I want results" and POST a FLEX FRIDAY picture after you are all done on your facebook wall and please tag me! Make it a great FRIDAY everyone and do what it takes to complete this challenge!
DAY 13 CONGRATULATIONS -- YOU -- HAVE -- MADE -- IT -- TO -- A - REST -- DAY...So Proud of those of you that are making it through this even when you are sore as heck...also proud of those that fell behind BUT refuse to give up and are jumping back in! 90 BEGINNER Regular Pushups on your knees or toes...Start from your toes first then drop to your knees if you need to.
120 ADVANCED - Regular Push-ups from your toes or knees
Back to regular stance pushups...You know what a regular pushup looks like now. Break these up throughout the day...Stretch good before starting these especially if you are going to do these all at once or in a short amount of time. Make it a great Sunday Funday and work on eating healthy today!
Day 15
Happy Monday
Beginner - 95 Wide hands Pushups either on your knees or regular on your toes.
Advanced - 125 Wide hands Pushups on your knees or regular on your toes.
We are going to revisit some of the Pushups that we have already done to keep getting stronger. Wide hands are outside of your shoulders...Break these up throughout the day so you can get all these done if you are really sore. The key is to stay on track and not miss days so you do not keep going through the sore stage. Do them where ever you are, if there is ground you are walking on, you can get them done...Yes, your hands will get dirty but you can always wash them...NO EXCUSES! Let's GO! Comment "NO EXCUSES" when you are done! Make it a great MONDAY!

DAY 16 -

These are going to be KILLER today so get a good stretch in before you start!
When you are done COMMENT on where you feel these the most on your body and how you feel after doing them!
DAY 18 -
BEGINNER - 110 OFF SET HAND PUSHUPS
ADVANCED - 140 OFF SET HAND PUSHUPS
Ok you have done these before so you know to put one hand in the regular spot and move the other back 8 to 10 inches...Do 1/2 of the pushups and then switch your hands to do the other half. Make sure you are going all the way down and up like the picture shows. Get a good stretch in before doing these and do not hold your breath while doing any pushups breath in your nose and out of your mouth. Comment "DONE" and post up how you are feeling up to this point of the challenge after you finish. Make it a great day!
DAY - 19===== HAPPY FRIDAY
BEGINNER - 120 INCLINE PUSHUPS
ADVANCED - 150 INCLINE PUSHUPS
Time to push yourself...Who would of thought you would be doing 120-150 pushups in ONE DAY? ALWAYS STRETCH before doing these to warm up your body because working out with cold muscles is no fun and can cause injury...HAVE A GREAT FRIDAY and COMMENT on how much you like this challenge after you are done!
DAY - 20 REST DAY
You have made it to another rest day! Only 10 days left in this challenge! If you are not caught up, this gives you some time to get back on track! For those of you on track, do some stretching of the Biceps, triceps, chest, shoulders, and back! Hold each stretch 15-30 sec! IT WILL FEEL AMAZING! I have noticed we have had a drop in the number if comments, so if you are still ALL IN please continue to post up because you you never know who you are inspiring around you by holding yourself accountable!
As I start to prepare for my next (you all will get first shot to be added to the next challenge which will be a lower body challenge abs/legs/butt will be main focus) challenge to help people get more fit and healthy, what would you tell someone about this challenge, explain how its helping you and WHY they should join? Holy cow yes 200 diamond push-ups but I know if you break these up, you can make it happen! This is a BIG DEAL to have made it this far and still be in this challenge! TODAY IS PICTURE DAY! Post a pic of you doing these on your Facebook wall and say "200 diamond push ups DONE"! Please tag me in the photo so I know you got these done!! Great job everyone!

I am so proud of all of you that had what it takes to finish this out even when you thought you couldn't do it...YOU DID IT! This challenge was just as tough mentally as physically because when you see that number of push-ups each day you are thinking, I have NEVER done that many push-ups before but you figured out that if you break them up and stay consistent at this challenge each day, you can do it as you get stronger each day! GREAT JOB!!

DAY 6 - Time to FOCUS!
BEGINNER - 55 PUSH-UPS - ON YOUR KNEES OR REGULAR - USE close HANDS
ADVANCED - 85 PUSH-UPS ON YOUR KNEES OR REGULAR - USE close HANDS
Stretch those tri-ceps and chest good first!! Close grip pushups are going to be much tougher but we call all get through them if you split them up throughout the day. Hands are inside your shoulders with elbow's going back not out to the side..You will feel this a ton in your triceps, chest and back. Keep your core (abs) tight for stability and make sure you BREATH, do not hold your breath at all. YOU CAN DO THIS! Even if you can only do 2 or 3 at a time, just split them up throughout the day!! Have a great Saturdays and COMMENT how many sets it took you to get these done and if this was the hardest pushup so far...please be HONEST....
Day 7...
REST DAY...this will not be liked by all BUT it's needed to let your muscles heal! My recommendation is to STRETCH your body for at least 10min or more! It will feel great and for those of you that have not missed a day, this will only make you stronger and more prepared for the week ahead of a ton of push-ups!! If you have missed some days, this gives you a chance to catch up!!! Have a great Sunday and be ready for tomorrow set!
DAY 8
Beginner 60 off set hand push-ups from your knees is ok
Advanced 90 off set hand push-ups regular
Spilt these up half and half meaning if your doing 90, do 45 and then switch your hands! If you have to split them up
More that is fine!
Get a good stretch in these are going to pump you up!
Do NOT speed through these make sure you are going all the way down and up!

DAY 9
Beginner 65 Decline push-ups from your knees is ok (to elevate youself on your knees you can stack pillows and place your knees on them so you can still do these on your knees or stack anything to just get you knees off the ground...Do these in sets!
Advanced 95 Decline push-ups regular...you can use a chair or anything to get your knees off the ground
Time to change it up again...Decline push-ups are going to give you a great pump. Hands should be shoulder width...Spilt these up if you need to as this number of pushups is getting ready to go to 100 and more. Comment how you are feeling after you get these done! Make it a great day everyone!
Day 10
Beginner 70 Incline pushups can be done on your knees also...The further back you put your legs the harder it will be...You can break these up and make sure you are going all the way down and up.
Advanced ...100... Incline pushups can be done on your knees also...Challenge yourself...The further back you put your legs the harder it will be...You can break these up and make sure you are going all the way down and up.

Beginner 75 - Diamond Push-ups these are OK to do on your knees or you can do them regular...
Advanced 105 - Diamond Push-ups these are OK to do on your knees or you can do them regular...
You will want to break these up throughout your day to make them easier. These are going to give you a pump everywhere...Make sure you always keep your core tight and eyes on the floor so do not look up and do not tuck your chin in your chest...Look straight down to keep your spine in aline!! These are tough so do your best and forget the rest!! Please COMMENT how HARD OR EASY THESE WERE FOR YOU when you are done!! Get a good stretch in before attempting these...Expect to be a little sore after doing these...But its a good sore! Make sure you fuel your body with good healthy food throughout your day and make it a great one!!

Beginner 85 Low arm Push-ups
Advanced 115 Low arm Push-ups
Just like the picture shows place your hands low down by your chest below your shoulders...then make sure you have your elbows against your sides! Break these up throughout your day as these will make your arms burn pretty good! Remember, ANYONE can do these if you break them up and want results bad enough!! Comment "I want results" and POST a FLEX FRIDAY picture after you are all done on your facebook wall and please tag me! Make it a great FRIDAY everyone and do what it takes to complete this challenge!
DAY 13 CONGRATULATIONS -- YOU -- HAVE -- MADE -- IT -- TO -- A - REST -- DAY...So Proud of those of you that are making it through this even when you are sore as heck...also proud of those that fell behind BUT refuse to give up and are jumping back in! 90 BEGINNER Regular Pushups on your knees or toes...Start from your toes first then drop to your knees if you need to.
120 ADVANCED - Regular Push-ups from your toes or knees
Back to regular stance pushups...You know what a regular pushup looks like now. Break these up throughout the day...Stretch good before starting these especially if you are going to do these all at once or in a short amount of time. Make it a great Sunday Funday and work on eating healthy today!
Day 15

Beginner - 95 Wide hands Pushups either on your knees or regular on your toes.
Advanced - 125 Wide hands Pushups on your knees or regular on your toes.
We are going to revisit some of the Pushups that we have already done to keep getting stronger. Wide hands are outside of your shoulders...Break these up throughout the day so you can get all these done if you are really sore. The key is to stay on track and not miss days so you do not keep going through the sore stage. Do them where ever you are, if there is ground you are walking on, you can get them done...Yes, your hands will get dirty but you can always wash them...NO EXCUSES! Let's GO! Comment "NO EXCUSES" when you are done! Make it a great MONDAY!

These are going to be KILLER today so get a good stretch in before you start!

DAY 18 -
BEGINNER - 110 OFF SET HAND PUSHUPS
ADVANCED - 140 OFF SET HAND PUSHUPS
Ok you have done these before so you know to put one hand in the regular spot and move the other back 8 to 10 inches...Do 1/2 of the pushups and then switch your hands to do the other half. Make sure you are going all the way down and up like the picture shows. Get a good stretch in before doing these and do not hold your breath while doing any pushups breath in your nose and out of your mouth. Comment "DONE" and post up how you are feeling up to this point of the challenge after you finish. Make it a great day!
DAY - 19===== HAPPY FRIDAY
BEGINNER - 120 INCLINE PUSHUPS
ADVANCED - 150 INCLINE PUSHUPS
Time to push yourself...Who would of thought you would be doing 120-150 pushups in ONE DAY? ALWAYS STRETCH before doing these to warm up your body because working out with cold muscles is no fun and can cause injury...HAVE A GREAT FRIDAY and COMMENT on how much you like this challenge after you are done!
DAY - 20 REST DAY
You have made it to another rest day! Only 10 days left in this challenge! If you are not caught up, this gives you some time to get back on track! For those of you on track, do some stretching of the Biceps, triceps, chest, shoulders, and back! Hold each stretch 15-30 sec! IT WILL FEEL AMAZING! I have noticed we have had a drop in the number if comments, so if you are still ALL IN please continue to post up because you you never know who you are inspiring around you by holding yourself accountable!
As I start to prepare for my next (you all will get first shot to be added to the next challenge which will be a lower body challenge abs/legs/butt will be main focus) challenge to help people get more fit and healthy, what would you tell someone about this challenge, explain how its helping you and WHY they should join? Holy cow yes 200 diamond push-ups but I know if you break these up, you can make it happen! This is a BIG DEAL to have made it this far and still be in this challenge! TODAY IS PICTURE DAY! Post a pic of you doing these on your Facebook wall and say "200 diamond push ups DONE"! Please tag me in the photo so I know you got these done!! Great job everyone!

Beginner 150 offset hand push-ups
ADVANCED 210 offset hand push-ups
Split these up in half then switch your hands!

These are the last 3 days of the push-up challenge and we are ALL going to finish strong with the most difficult push-ups! Working on our weaknesses is key to getting stronger!
Break these up throughout the day as you know you will get a pump each set you do! Keep your hands low on your body just like the picture shows and go all the way up and down to get the full affect of the push-up!! COMMENT "I'm still here" when you have competed all the push-ups for today!!

Advanced - 230 DIVE BOMMER PUSH-UPS
I'm sure some of you were wondering if we were going to do these! Saved the best for last before we max out tomorrow! Look at the picture for the correct way to do these and split these up throughout the day! These are going to give you an overall body pump! Keep that core tight! COMMENT and tell me your thoughts on this push-up challenge and what it's done for you... so I know you did these!!

I am so proud of all of you that had what it takes to finish this out even when you thought you couldn't do it...YOU DID IT! This challenge was just as tough mentally as physically because when you see that number of push-ups each day you are thinking, I have NEVER done that many push-ups before but you figured out that if you break them up and stay consistent at this challenge each day, you can do it as you get stronger each day! GREAT JOB!!
