Anita Miron 28 Day Challenge
Challenge Group Format:
WEEKEND BEFORE START:

Here are a few tips to get your challenge started out right. Nutrition is really 80% of the battle with weight loss. We are going to focus heavily on that within the group. You are definitely going to need to be a self starter and self motivator when it comes to your eating. I cannot be in your kitchen slapping your hand every-time you grab something you should not eat. So you are going to need to train yourself both mentally and physically. This is going to take a lot of discipline. Nothing that is worth it ever came easy! Your program is only a small fraction of your life. You are not a dumb animal. You are a smart sexy animal who can control herself! Cheat meals and slip ups are not a part of your program.Being disciplined and savvy... that is part of your plan.
Buy tupperware so that you can prep some of your meals in advanced
Keep it simple. For the next 60-90 days you are going to need to forget about eating for emotion and for enjoyment, and consider yourself an athlete. Of course your food needs to be consumable and enjoyable, but you don't have time to make gourmet meals for 5 meals a day. You may want to get into the habit of repeat meals. I often find myself eating 3 of the same meals a day when I am cutting fat. That is just how you are going to make this easy on yourself.
Get into the habit of 5 small meals a day. Starting monday that is what you are going to need to aim for. You are going to need to eat every two to three hours. On top of these meals you will consumer 3 cups of water as soon as you are done eating. This will give you the sense of being full and energized.
You are going to get a meal plan with your program, but I wanted to add some extra information to help you get even better results. Portion size according to your palm!! Hold your palm out... Your protein should cover the palm of your hand. Hold two palms out, each meal should have a mix of fruits and veggies to fill both hands cupped. Hold out one hand, starchy carbs should fill 1 hand. This is the easiest way and best way to portion out your food for fat loss.
Pick up a Nalgene bottle, or purchase a gallon jug. Plain and simple, you need a gallon of water a day on this journey. You will experience less hunger and more energy with a gallon of water a day. If you don't drink enough water, your body will show signs of hunger and low energy. Water is a major component of this.
Tell everyone what you are doing, and how long for. Tell everyone that you intend on making this a lifestyle change and that you are going to need them to help you stay on track. Public accountability will help you to stay accountable to your goals. Everyone is watching you to see you succeed. You need this.
Keep a journal. Write down everything that you eat and everything that you feel. I am a big fan of paper and pen. Just sit for 10 minutes and get everything down. If you see that you are in a stand still with your progress, look back through your journal to see where you can change something or improve.
TALK TO ME. If you are not seeing results, then we need to talk. If you have a slip up don't shy away from the group. The group is here for a reason. We are here to support one another! We wont judge you. We have all had our ups and downs. If you fall off the wagon, get back on as soon as possible and let us know what happened!

Day Four:
1. Thirsty Thursday! Getting a gallon of water a day is crucial to your fitness journey. THE BODY CRAVES ELECTROLYTES HEHE! You need water to thrive. If you get to a point where you are thirsty, then it is to late, you're dehydrated! I want everyone to aim for 1 gallon of water today! Share photos of you and your gallon! I use a nalgene bottle, and I have to fill it up 4 time a day!

Day Five:
1. Great job on your measurements. Again the scale is not the best way to judge progress. Muscles are being built here. Muscle weighs more than fat. It is possible to gain muscle, and loose fat, look slimmer, and weight the same. Trust me, I have been through this
battle a couple of times. Your body is adjusting and you just need to stay positive!
2. Accountability starts with sharing with people around you what you are doing. You need to put it out there to the world that you are on a mission and you need help to stay accountable.
Here are your instructions for todays challenge. Post on your Facebook a list of your goals, a public declaration that you need help to stay accountable, and a photo of you flexing, or smiling, or sweating. Whatever. Not only are you going to get some amazing feedback but you are also going to put yourself one step closer to your goals. Share your post to this page.
Day Six: Saturday- Rest day
1. Its picture of your food day… OH NO SHE DIDNT!!! YEP THATS RIGHT. Saturdays are the hardest. This joinery is for 60 days people! You gotta keep it clean for 60 days. NO cheats. Saturday is not Faturday. Saturday is a test of your strength. So Post a photo of every meal to this page. Even if its naughty. Get it up. We are all watching you.
2. I love sharing with you all some of the reasons Shakeology is amazing. Our food today is not what is used to be. If you look at photos of your great or great great grand father, and grand mother you will more than likely notice that they where not over weight or obese. The obsesity epidemic is new to our society. Here is one of the main reasons why: The food that we consume today is not the same as the food our great grand parents consumed in their day! An apple today is not the same as an apple in the 1930's!!! Our food today is so stripped of all of the nutrients that our bodies need to thrive properly. The chemicals in the air, the chemicals pumped into our food, the way we raise out poultry, beef, and fish... all affect our food negatively. Shakeology is like taking 5 trips to the salad bar!!! Shakeology picks up where your diet leaves off. Even if we were eating 5 square clean meals a day, we still arent getting what our bodies need to function properly. Shakeology is an insurance policy for your health. Shakeology insures proper nutrition every single day. I know even though I work in fitness, I strugel to get the proper nutrition in my diet, and with being so busy, shakeology makes it easy. I intend on drinking Shakeology for the rest of my life. I don't feel the same without it. I feel amazing, and so will you!

Enjoy your day off from the group… remember to rest. Do not work out if its no in your schedule. The measurements next Friday do not lie, so remember that in your day!

Day Eleven:
1. Thursday Thursdays- Who's going for 1 gallon of water today? Do you know why I keep aking you to drink more liquids? Water will actually knock out cravings, make you energized, give you the sense of being full, and cleans out your body. You muslces also need water to repair themselves. Drinking plenty of water flushes out the toxins, and the sourness in your muscles, so that you can work hard the next day. Water is essential for your body, so drink up!!!
2. I challenge all of you to share one factoid about water on your Facebook timeline, and then sharing it to our group page!
3. How are you guys feeling, you should be more than half way through your gallon of water. Anyone peeing a lot? Thats a good thing. You're flushing out your system. Wash out your body like you watch your clothes and dishes!!!
Its late… STAY AWAY FROM THE PANTRY. DINNER IS DONE, AND IF YOU ARE HUNGRY DRINK MORE WATER!!! If you are shaking, light headed, grumpy, grab a handful of unsalted raw almonds and half of an apple. Call it good.

1. #Flex Friday! lets see those guns. I am sure most of you have already started to see results. Post a photo of your favorite part of your body that has made a change during this challenge so far. PG only!!!
2. Today is measurements day! How about that for accountability. Get the tape out! If you have a caliper use the 7 point fold test online. That is the most accurate way. We must check this to see progress. The scale is not the best indication.
Friday nights are tough, this s a 60 day challenge…YOU DO NOT NEED TO HAVE A CHEAT MEAL OR A NAUGHTY MEAL. You will be able to in 60 days. This 60 days is all about feeling the best you can feel. Its all about being the best that you can be. Don't give up on that for a stupid craving. Once the 60 days are done and you have hit your goal, have a treat or two, and then get on a maintenance schedule where you can have a treat a week, but don't do it now. Stay in tonight and drink your water and enjoy some fruits and veggies. Bask in how good you feel being strong!

2. I love sharing with you all some of the reasons Shakeology is amazing. Our food today is not what is used to be. If you look at photos of your great or great great grand father, and grand mother you will more than likely notice that they where not over weight or obese. The obsesity epidemic is new to our society. Here is one of the main reasons why: The food that we consume today is not the same as the food our great grand parents consumed in their day! An apple today is not the same as an apple in the 1930's!!! Our food today is so stripped of all of the nutrients that our bodies need to thrive properly. The chemicals in the air, the chemicals pumped into our food, the way we raise out poultry, beef, and fish... all affect our food negatively. Shakeology is like taking 5 trips to the salad bar!!! Shakeology picks up where your diet leaves off. Even if we were eating 5 square clean meals a day, we still arent getting what our bodies need to function properly. Shakeology is an insurance policy for your health. Shakeology insures proper nutrition every single day. I know even though I work in fitness, I strugel to get the proper nutrition in my diet, and with being so busy, shakeology makes it easy. I intend on drinking Shakeology for the rest of my life. I don't feel the same without it. I feel amazing, and so will you!

Day Eleven:
1. Thursday Thursdays- Who's going for 1 gallon of water today? Do you know why I keep aking you to drink more liquids? Water will actually knock out cravings, make you energized, give you the sense of being full, and cleans out your body. You muslces also need water to repair themselves. Drinking plenty of water flushes out the toxins, and the sourness in your muscles, so that you can work hard the next day. Water is essential for your body, so drink up!!!
2. I challenge all of you to share one factoid about water on your Facebook timeline, and then sharing it to our group page!
3. How are you guys feeling, you should be more than half way through your gallon of water. Anyone peeing a lot? Thats a good thing. You're flushing out your system. Wash out your body like you watch your clothes and dishes!!!
Its late… STAY AWAY FROM THE PANTRY. DINNER IS DONE, AND IF YOU ARE HUNGRY DRINK MORE WATER!!! If you are shaking, light headed, grumpy, grab a handful of unsalted raw almonds and half of an apple. Call it good.

2. Today is measurements day! How about that for accountability. Get the tape out! If you have a caliper use the 7 point fold test online. That is the most accurate way. We must check this to see progress. The scale is not the best indication.
Friday nights are tough, this s a 60 day challenge…YOU DO NOT NEED TO HAVE A CHEAT MEAL OR A NAUGHTY MEAL. You will be able to in 60 days. This 60 days is all about feeling the best you can feel. Its all about being the best that you can be. Don't give up on that for a stupid craving. Once the 60 days are done and you have hit your goal, have a treat or two, and then get on a maintenance schedule where you can have a treat a week, but don't do it now. Stay in tonight and drink your water and enjoy some fruits and veggies. Bask in how good you feel being strong!
